6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Site and are not responsible for temporary technical failures.
7. Responsibility for partner platforms
Coinmediawire provides assistance in placing your content on third-party websites (partner platforms, media outlets, blogs, and other internet resources)
We take a responsible approach to selecting platforms and visually check them before placement. However, we cannot guarantee that partner sites will maintain their reputation, policies, and "clean" status throughout their existence. Online platforms may:
• Change their rules and terms
• Be hacked or subject to malicious attacks
• Change ownership or direction of activity
• Begin publishing scam content or other illegal materials after we have placed your content with them
Therefore:
• We are not responsible for the content, policies, security, and reputation of partner sites after the moment of publication.
• We are not responsible for losses arising from changes in the status or behavior of partner platforms.
• We recommend that you independently evaluate platforms before ordering placement.
8. User's responsibility for compliance with laws
You bear full and exclusive responsibility for ensuring that your content, which you order for placement:
• Complies with the laws of your country, region, or city
• Does not violate advertising laws, financial regulations, consumer protection laws, or any other applicable norms
• Does not promote topics that are prohibited or restricted in your jurisdiction (including, but not limited to: financial pyramids, illegal investment schemes, unlicensed financial activities, gambling, etc.)
We are not obligated to verify your content for compliance with the laws of your country and are not responsible if you violate legislation by publishing certain material
We recommend that you consult with a lawyer before ordering placement if you are unsure about the legality of your content
9. Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for:
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or profits arising from the use of the Site
• Actions or inactions of partner platforms (content deletion, policy changes, technical failures on their side)
• Reputational or financial losses related to the publication of your content on third-party resources
• Your violation of the laws of your country as a result of publishing content
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you for services during the last month.
10. Refund policy
• If we are unable to place your material on any agreed platform, we will offer you credit for future publication or refund the money (at our discretion).
• If your material has been approved and published on at least one platform, no refund will be issued.
• If you delete a published material yourself, no refund will be issued.
• If your content violates the terms of this Agreement, we reserve the right to refuse placement without a refund.
• If a platform deletes your material after publication for its own internal reasons, we do not issue a refund but may offer alternative placement on another platform (at our discretion).
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time without prior notice if you violate the terms of this Agreement.
12. Changes to terms
We may periodically update this Agreement. All changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
